Sparks Oil Company applied to renew NPDES permit for J.W. Smith/Camp Springs 76 [NC0088692], 8920 Cherry Grove Road, Reidsville, Caswell County, discharging remediated groundwater to Country Line Creek, Roanoke River Basin. Currently Total Suspend Solids (TSS), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), MTBE, Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Total Xylenes, Isopropyl Ether, 1,2-Dichloroethane, 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene, Naphthalene, and Total Recoverable Phenolics are water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of Country Line Creek.
