This proclamation closes the following areas in Brunswick and New Hanover Counties: All waters between the Figure Eight Island Bridge and the South Carolina State Line to include Tubbs Inlet, Shallotte River, Shallotte River Inlet area, Lockwoods Folly River, and Lockwoods Folly River Inlet area, Cape Fear River, Bald Head Island, Myrtle Grove Sound, Masonboro Sound, Middle Sound, and Pages Creek.
