This proclamation closes the following areas in Onslow County: all waters between Hatch Point and Morris Landing, including a portion of Stump Sound, Alligator Bay and Chadwick Bay, IWW to the mainland between IWW "49" near Swansboro and IWW "65A" near Salliers Bay, including Intracoastal Waterway, Salliers Bay, Freeman Creek, Bear Creek, and Queens Creek.
