This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries: a portion of Middle Sound, Pages Creek, Topsail Sound, Old Topsail Creek, Virginia Creek, Beckys Creek, Salliers Bay, Freeman Creek, Bear Creek, White Oak River, and reopens those leases in these areas that were closed exclusively for relaying.
