Mr. Jerry L. Shields (1341 NC Hwy 87 N, Elon, NC 27244) has requested renewal of NPDES permit NC0055271 for the Shields Mobile Home Park WWTP in Alamance County. This permitted facility discharges treated wastewater to Travis Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin. BOD, ammonia nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, fecal coliform and total residual chlorine are water quality limited, which may affect future allocations in this portion of the Cape Fear River Basin.
