Conleys Creek Limited Partnership has requested renewal of NPDES Permit NC0084441 for Smoky Mountain Country Club  WWTP in Swain County. This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater to the Conley Creek in the Little Tennessee River Basin. Currently, BOD, TSS, ammonia nitrogen, and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
