Notice of Intent to Issue a NPDES Wastewater Permit NC0086037 Arabia WTP

The County of Hoke requested renewal of permit for Antioch WTP in Hoke County; this permitted discharge is treated filter backwash wastewater to Raft Swamp in the Lumber River Basin. Currently, total residual chlorine (TRC) is water-quality limited. NC0086037: Hoke County requested renewal of permit for the Arabia WTP in Hoke County; this permitted discharge is filter backwash wastewater to Little Marsh Swamp in the Lumber River Basin. Currently, TRC is water quality limited. (Ad expected to run in the News Journal on 12/4/2019)
