Aqua North Carolina, Inc. has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0040606 for the Barclay Downs WWTP in Wake County. This permitted facility discharges treated wastewater into the Neuse River in the Neuse River Basin. Currently, fecal coliform and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the receiving stream.
