This facility is permitted to discharge up to 0.2 MGD of contact cooling water and boiler blowdown from outfall 001 and stormwater from outfall 002 into Bachelor Creek, a class C-Sw-NSW water in the Neuse River Basin. Some of the parameters in the permit are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this segment of the Neuse River.
