NC0021326: The Town of Dobson requested renewal of permit for Town of Dobson WWTP/Surry County. Facility discharges treated wastewater to Cody Creek/Yadkin-Pee Dee River basin. Currently ammonia nitrogen and total residual chlorine are water quality limited.
