NPDES Permit Number NC0066150: The Town of Fuquay Varina (401 Old Honeycutt road, Fuquay Varina, NC 27526) has requested renewal of the NPDES permit for its Brighton Forest WWTP, in Wake county. This facility discharges treated wastewater into Middle Creek in the Neuse River Basin. Currently, BOD5, ammonia-nitrogen, fecal coliform, dissolved oxygen, total phosphorus, and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the receiving stream.
