Public Notice of the of NCG02, NCG03, NCG06, NCG08, NCG09, NCG10, NCG12, NCG19 Renewal Permits and Fact Sheets

The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES Stormwater General Permits and Fact Sheets to be revised and re-issued.  Persons wishing to comment on or object may submit written comments to the address to the right (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period.  All comments received during the public comment period will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance.  Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.  All comments should reference one or more of the permit numbers listed below.

• NCG02 (Mining Activities)

• NCG03 (Metal Fabrication)

• NCG06 (Food and Kindred)

• NCG08 (Transit and Transportation)

• NCG09 (Paints and Varnishes)

• NCG10 (Used Motor Vehicles)

• NCG12 (Landfills)

• NCG19 (Marinas and Shipbuilding)

Draft permits and stormwater management plans will be available with this public notice announcement no later than May 17, 2021.
