Public Notice of the of NCS000480 (Town of Rutherford College) and NCS000488 (Town of Valdese) Draft Stormwater Management Plans and Renewal Permits

The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES MS4 Stormwater Individual Permits and Stormwater Management Plans to be revised and re-issued.  Persons wishing to comment on or object may submit written comments to the address to the right (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period.  All comments received during the public comment period will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance.  Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.  All comments should reference one or more of the specific permit numbers listed below.

• NCS000480 (Town of Rutherford College)

• NCS000444 (Town of Valdese)

Draft permits and stormwater management plans will be available with this public notice announcement no later than February 1, 2021.
