Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company has applied for renewal of an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility located at: 1335 S. Clarkson St., Charlotte, NC in Mecklenburg County. The Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Co. facility discharges to Irwin Creek in the Catawba River Basin.
