Pursuant to the requirements of Federal Regulations 10 CFR Section 440.14, the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality – Weatherization Assistance Program (NCWAP) is offering an opportunity to submit comments on the proposed FY 2021 NCWAP State Plan.
You may use either of these three methods to submit your comments:
- Conference Call-In Number on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, from 10:00am–11:00am, using the toll-free number (888) 363-4735, access code 7454927# ;
- Email to wapinfo@ncdenr.gov by 5:00pm April 7, 2020; or
- Mail your comments to: NC Department of Environmental Quality, Weatherization Assistance Program, 4345 MSC, Raleigh, NC 27699-4345, postmarked no later than April 7, 2020.

Due to the declared Coronavirus National Emergency, federal guidelines allow the Conference Call-In Number listed above to be used in lieu of the in-person Public Hearing.
