Public Comment Period for NPDES Stormwater Permit NCS000594 for the SePRO Research & Technology Campus in Nash County

The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES Stormwater Individual Permit to be issued. Persons wishing to comment on or object to the draft permit may submit comments to Brianna Young (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period. Written comments may be submitted to the address at end of this message. 

All comments received through May 3, 2024, will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance and permit provisions. Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.

The following facility has applied a new NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from their location in Nash County:

  • SePRO Development Company III, LLC,  11550 North Meridian Street, Suite 600, Carmel, IN  46032 has requested renewal  of permit NCS000594 for the SePRO Research & Technology Campus in Nash County. This facility discharges to an unnamed tributary to Fishing Creek in the Tar Pamlico River Basin.

All comments should reference permit number NCS000594.
