PERMIT APPLICATION
Duke Energy Progress, LLC, 526 South Church St., Charlotte, N.C., has applied for a Renewal of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0003417) for H.F. Lee Energy Complex, 1199 Black Jack Church Rd., Goldsboro, Wayne County. The facility discharges industrial wastewater, groundwater, and stormwater to Neuse River in the Neuse River basin. Some parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Neuse River basin. The location of Outfall 001 is: Latitude: 35°22’16”; Longitude: 78°004’09”. The location of Outfall 002 is: Latitude: 35°22.09”; Longitude: 78°05.06”. The location of Outfall 002A is: Latitude: 35°22’18”; Longitude: 78°03’54”.
