Pursuant to the requirements of Federal Regulations 10 CFR Section 440.14, the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality – Weatherization Assistance Program is offering an opportunity to submit comments on the proposed Weatherization Trainer Request for Proposals FY21-22. You may use either of these three methods to submit your comments:
- Conference Call-In Number on Friday, November 6, 2020, from 10–11 a.m., using the toll-free number (425) 436-6200, access 5006 or
- Email to wapinfo@ncdenr.gov by 5 p.m. on November 6, 2020; or
- Mail your comments to: N.C. Department of Environmental Quality, Weatherization Assistance Program, 4345 MSC, Raleigh, NC 27699-4345. (Mailed comments must be postmarked no later than November 6, 2020.)
A copy of the NC Weatherization Training Request for Proposals and supporting documents may be obtained at the Weatherization Assistance Program website at:

Due to the declared Coronavirus National Emergency, federal guidelines allow the Conference Call-In Number listed above to be used in lieu of the in-person Public Hearing.
