Public comment period for 15A NCAC 02H .0800 Laboratory Certification and 15A NCAC 02H .1100 Biological Laboratory Certification
The N.C. Environmental Management Commission is seeking public comment on 15A NCAC 02H .0800 Rules (Laboratory Certification) and 15A NCAC 02H .1100 Rules (Biological Laboratory Certification). The public is encouraged to submit comments on the proposed rules at a public hearing planned for Jan. 10, 2019 and/or via email or postal mail to N.C. Division of Water Resources. All comments received by Feb. 15, 2019 will be considered in the final recommendations regarding proposed actions to the rules. The proposed rules and related documents are available online at https://deq.nc.gov/permits-regulations/rules-regulations/proposed-rules.
