The Division of Waste Management - Solid Waste Section will host a public hearing to accept public comments on Draft Permit 0105-CDLF-2024 that would approve a service area increase for the existing Tri-Corners C&D Landfill. The landfill is located at 5833 Foster Store Road, Liberty, Alamance County.

The draft permit and related documents are available for review by appointment from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday‐Friday, at the Division of Waste Management, 217 West Jones Street, Raleigh, NC, and can also be viewed online at https://bit.ly/3PCx93A.
