Pursuant to the requirements of federal law, the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality – Weatherization Assistance Program will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed FY 2019-20 North Carolina Weatherization Assistance Program State Plan on Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. – 12 noon at 217 West Jones St., Raleigh, NC 27603 in room 4301. A copy of the proposed plan may be obtained at the Weatherization Assistance Program website at: https://deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/weatherization-assistance-program Comments can be made during the public hearing or emailed to wapinfo@ncdenr.gov prior to the hearing.
