Anson Gas Producers, LLC's application was reviewed by the Division of Air Quality, Raleigh Central Office to determine compliance with the requirements of the North Carolina Environment Management Commission air pollution regulations. The results of that review led to the preliminary determination that the project could be approved, and the Division of Air Quality permit could be issued, if certain permit conditions are met.
This notice serves as a Notice of Public Hearing and Opportunity for Public Comment for this proposal. The public hearing will be held at the Anson County Courthouse on February 27, 2024, at 6:00 pm located at 114 North Greene Street in Wadesboro. In the event of inclement weather and the needed postponement of the hearing, March 12, 2024, will act as the replacement date.
