Public hearings to be heard by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality to receive comments on readoptions to several air quality rules in 15A NCAC 02D .0540, Particulates from Fugitive Dust Emission Sources, 15A NCAC 02D .1800, Control of Odors, and 15A NCAC 02D .1900, Open Burning, to meet the requirements of G.S. 150B-21.3A, Periodic Review and Expiration of Existing Rules.
