I.    Public Notice; Individual Water Quality Permit for Wake Tech East Campus; DWR # 20210475
 
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on April 6th, 2021 The Trustees of Wake Tech Community College, (9101 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh, NC 27603) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for an Individual Water Quality Permit for Impacts to Federally Non-Jurisdictional Wetlands and Surface Waters, pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .1400. The activity for which this certification is sought regards construction of an eastern campus in Wake County, NC to house student services, general education buildings, rescue training facilities, workforce and continuing education buildings, roads, parking, retail shops, and associated utilities. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the application is August 9, 2021. 
 

Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on August 9, 2021. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments. Written comments may also be mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
