I.    Public Notice; Individual Water Quality Permit for Sibelco North America Inc; DWR # 20211406 v. 2 
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on June 6th, 2022, NC Development Acquisition LLC, (1776 Peachtree Street, NW, Suite 100, Atlanta GA 30309) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for an Individual 401 Water Quality Certification pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this certification is sought regards a proposed distribution center, the Troutman Logistics Center, including warehouses and associated roads, parking, utilities and stormwater management facilities. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the application is October 4, 2022. 

Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on July 22, 2022. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments. Written comments may also be mailed to: Sue Homewood, DWR Winston Salem Regional Office, 450 W. Hanes Mill Rd, Winston Salem, NC 27105.

The application is available online at https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/WaterResources/Browse.aspx?id=2363725&dbid=0&repo=WaterResources.  The application is also available at the Winston Salem Regional Office of the DWR and may be inspected with an appointment between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays.
