Notice of Public Comment Period: Oct 31, 2018 - November 30, 2018
An addendum to the division's 2018 and 2019 Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Network Plan will be available for public comments from October 31 to November 30, 2018. The addendum describes the new Hurricane Drive nitrogen dioxide and fine particle monitoring site which will be established before the end of 2018 to monitor the air quality in Northampton County. The addendum must be provided to the public for a 30-day public comment period before being submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, for approval.
INFORMATION: The addendum to the Ambient Air Monitoring Annual Network Monitoring Plan will be posted for 30 days on the division’s website starting on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. It will also be available for review at the Division of Air Quality Raleigh Central Office located at 217 West Jones Street, Raleigh, North Carolina. Copies may also be obtained from Patrick Butler at the address below.
