Draft Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for Fecal Coliform for Turkey Creek (White Oak River Basin), North Carolina

Now Available for Public Comment

The draft TMDL was developed to meet requirements of Section 303(d) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to address fecal coliform impairments. It is subject to approval by EPA.

Interested parties are invited to comment on the draft TMDL by October 3, 2022. Comments should be directed to TMDL303dComments@ncdenr.gov and must be received no later than 5 pm on October 3, 2022.
