The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES Stormwater Individual Permit to be revised and re-issued. Persons wishing to comment on or object to the draft permit may submit comments to Brianna Young (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the public comment period. Written comments may be submitted to the address at end of this message.
All comments received through November 18, 2022, will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance and permit provisions. Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.
The following facility has applied for renewal of their NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from their location in New Hanover County:

Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., 225 Equity Road, Reidsville, NC 27530, has requested renewal of permit NCS000030 for the Air Products & Chemicals facility in Rockingham County. This facility discharges to an unnamed tributary to Little Troublesome Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin.
All comments should reference permit number NCS000030.
