This permitted facility discharges treated mining process wastewater to the North Toe River, adjacent to the facility near 36°0'50"N, 82°16'5"W, in the French Broad River Basin. Currently fluoride and total suspended solids are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the North Toe River.
