This permitted facility discharges treated mining process wastewater to the North Toe River,adjacent to the facility near 35°56'20"N, 81°59'45"W, in the French Broad River Basin. Currently fluoride and total suspended solids are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the North Toe River.
