The division has published a public notice in the Coastland Times
Dare County applied to renew NPDES permit for their Skyco WTP [NC0035670], 359 Water Plant Road, Manteo, discharging ion exchange and membrane filtration wastewater to Croatan Sound, Pasquotank River Basin. Currently pH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and Total Residual Chlorine (TRC) are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of Croatan Sound.
