Kevin Mills and Keith Mills (1365 Spann Road, Trenton, NC 28585) have applied for approval for the modification of irrigation system design on one existing waste application field for the facility covered under the Swine Waste Management System NPDES General Permit (NCA200000) for the Triple K Farms-2 (Facility No. 52-73) in Jones County. The setback area from ditches are to be in permanent vegetation. This facility is currently permitted under the NPDES Swine Waste Management System General Permit (NCA200000; COC No. NCA252073) and applies treated wastewater to adjacent sprayfields. Written comments must be received before the end of the comment period which is July 12, 2018.
