Petroleum Fuel and Terminal Company of St. Louis MO, applied for NPDES Permit NC0089753 for its facility, dba as the Apex Oil Company, Inc., 3314 River Road, Wilmington, New Hanover County, discharging treated stormwater to the Cape Fear River. The following parameters are water-quality limited: benzine, toluene, ethyl-benzine, and Total Xylenes (BTEX), Naphthalene, and methyl tertiary butyl either (MTBE). This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations to the receiving stream.
