The State Water Infrastructure Authority will meet Tuesday and Wednesday, April 9 and 10, at the High Country Council of Government building, 468 New Market Boulevard, Boone 28607. The meeting is open to the public, with an opportunity for informal public comments.

  • Priority System Modifications for the 2019 Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Programs and Priority System Modifications for Community Development Block Grant-Infrastructure Program

The authority is an independent body with primary responsibility for awarding federal and state funding for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Other responsibilities include developing a state water infrastructure master plan, recommending ways to maximize the use of available loan and grant funding resources, and examining best and emerging practices.
