RELEASE: Comment Period Extended Until May 27 on Draft Air Permit for Proposed Active Energy Renewable Power Facility

<p>The Division of Air Quality is further extending the public comment period until May 27 on the draft air permit for the proposed Active Energy Renewable Power facility in Lumberton, in response to community concerns regarding the impact of COVID-19 on public participation.</p>

The Division of Air Quality is further extending the public comment period until May 27 on the draft air permit for the proposed Active Energy Renewable Power facility in Lumberton, in response to community concerns regarding the impact of COVID-19 on public participation.

DAQ staff continues to be available to answer questions by phone or email about the draft permit and all comments will be considered before the division takes a final action on this permit.
