The Coastal Habitat Protection Plan Steering Committee will meet 9 a.m. May 11 by webinar.

Committee members are scheduled to review draft sections of the 2021 Coastal Habitat Protection, receive an update on an issue paper concerning Submerged Aquatic Vegetation Protection through Improved Water Quality, and hear presentations on the N.C. Marine Debris Action Plan and on new ways to solve resource challenges of today’s restoration projects.
