RALEIGH – The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Secretary’s Environmental Justice and Equity Advisory Board will hold its meeting Monday, May 18, remotely via teleconference, in place of an in-person meeting. The public is invited to watch the meeting online or listen by phone.
Topics on the agenda for this meeting include how DEQ is adapting to COVID-19, climate and environmental justice, DEQ’s Clean Energy Plan, the department’s Public Participation Plan, and updates to the North Carolina Community Mapping System.
