The N.C. Coastal Habitat Protection Plan Steering Committee will meet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 31 by web conference.
The public may join the web conference by computer or phone. Additionally, a listening station will be available at DEQ’s Wilmington Regional Office, 127 Cardinal Dr. Ext., Wilmington.

The purpose of the meeting is to update the committee on the implementation progress for the 2021 CHPP Amendment recommendations. The committee will also receive presentations on the Marine Debris Action Plan and the South Atlantic Salt Marsh Initiative.
