The Department of Environmental Quality recently issued two draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits for CPI USA North Carolina, LLC to discharge wastewater and stormwater from its Southport Power Plant, located at 1281 Powerhouse Drive in Southport.
