Clevon Woods Associates, LLC applied to renew NPDES permit for their Art Plaza WWTP [NC0070408], NC Hwy 105, Seven Devils, Watauga County, discharging treated domestic wastewater to the Watauga River, Watauga River Basin. Currently Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Ammonia Nitrogen, Fecal Coliform, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Total Residual Chlorine (TRC) and pH are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Watauga River.
