Aqua North Carolina, Inc., 202 Mackenan Court, Cary, North Carolina 27511 has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0062740 for its Briarwood Farms WWTP in Wake County. This permitted facility discharges treated wastewater to an unnamed tributary to Middle Creek in the Neuse River Basin. Currently, CBOD and ammonia nitrogen are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
