Riegel Road, Riegelwood , NC 28456, Columbus County, has applied for renewal of its NPDES discharge permit (number NC0003298) discharging treated industrial wastewate to the Cape Fear River in the Cape Fear River Basin. Currently BOD and dioxin are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Cape Fear River Basin.
