Pender County Shellfish Lease Hearing Speaker Registration
Speaker Registration Period Closed
The N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries held a public hearing on proposed shellfish leases in Pender County at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Members of the public could participate in person, online or by phone.
To support an orderly virtual hearing process, individuals who wished to speak online or by phone were required to register by 4 p.m. Monday, April 14, 2025. The registration period is now closed.
