NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES’ INTENT TO ISSUE A STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT

Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority, 1000 Trade Drive, RDU Airport, NC 27623 and named Co-permittees have applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility located at: Raleigh-Durham Airport, 1000 Trade Drive, RDU Airport, NC 27623, Wake County. The facility discharges to the to receiving waters designated as the Brier Creek Reservoir and unnamed tributaries to Brier Creek, Little Brier Creek, Sycamore Creek, Haley’s Branch in the Neuse River Basin.

Public comment or objection to the draft NPDES Stormwater Permit No. NCS000588 is invited. Comments should be submitted in writing to DEMLR at the below address. All comments received prior to February 28, 2017 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance and permit provisions.
