Raleigh

The state Division of Coastal Management wants to hear from local government officials about weather-related challenges following the damage from Hurricane Matthew.

Feedback from local governments about needs following environmental disasters, such as Hurricane Matthew, will help state coastal officials identify and prioritize resources to assist coastal communities with recovery.

To take the survey, go to https://deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/coastal-management/coastal-management-outreach-education/weather-related-needs. The deadline to complete the survey is 5 p.m. on February 28. All responses are confidential and no individual response will be identified in the report.

For questions about the survey, please contact Monica Gregory at 252-808-2808, extension 230.
