The Town of Holly Springs [P. O. Box 8, Holly Springs, NC 27540] has requested renewal of NPDES Permit NC0063096 for its Utley Creek Water Reclamation Facility in Wake County. This permitted facility discharges treated municipal and industrial wastewater to the Utley Creek, a class C water in the Cape Fear River Basin. There are several water quality limited parameters and this discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the basin.
