Incident Specific Action Plans
Incident Specific Sections for Immediate Use
A good Emergency Management Plan has sections that are available at a moment's notice. Each section can be set off by colored paper or tabs within the larger three ring binder. Each of the sections can be grabbed out of the binder and then replaced later. Use the action plan templates below as a starting point to assist you in having Tear-Out sheets or cards that are kept near the telephone to be picked up and used quickly in an incident. (If a threat comes in over the phone, it is handy to have certain sections right there as a small card to be used by the person answering the phone.)
