Municipal Permitting Branch

The Municipal unit covers the Pretreatment  program which oversees the implementation of all state-approved pretreatment programs, NPDES Municipal major/minor permitting, and modeling and speculative limits evaluations for municipalities. 

Compliance and Expedited Permitting Branch

ARPA NPDES Program Branch

Covers ARPA NPDES Permitting and collection systems permitting, which is responsible for the various permitting programs for wastewater collection systems, oversees wastewater collection construction, operation, maintenance, and enforcement. This unit also issues Authorizations to Construct permits.
