This permitted facility discharges treated municipal and industrial wastewater to the French Broad River, a class B water in the French Broad River Basin. Ammonia, dissolved oxygen, fecal coliform, pH and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the French Broad River.
