The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Division of Water Resources (DWR) is soliciting proposals for the Clean Water Act-Section 319 (h) Nonpoint Source Grant Funding Program for Fiscal Year 2023.

The Division of Water Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed High Quality Waters and Outstanding Resource Waters reclassifications at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 27.
The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)’s Division of Water Resources (DWR) will hold a public hearing April 27, 2023, on a proposed amendment to its 15A NCAC 02B .0305 rule, including a High Quality Waters (HQW) reclassification for four streams and an Outstanding Resource Waters (ORW) reclassification for seven streams in the Watauga River Basin. 

The North Carolina Environmental Management Commission (EMC) will meet Wednesday and Thursday, March 8 and 9, 2023 in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building at 512 N. Salisbury St, Raleigh. The public may attend in person or via remote access.

The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Resources (DWR) will hold a public hearing on March 16, 2023 for a Colonial Pipeline wastewater permit (#NC009000).
